My fire druid's /p1 Meph hell quest drop turned out better than the /p5 or /p7 quest drops of most of my other characters:

I don't usually keep rare ethereal items, but I liked this one enough to actually equip it and wear it throughout act 2 and most of the way through act 3.

I actually went with one IAS Jewel and 2x Um. This means I get a bit more flexibility for the helm as I don't need IAS there.

Reroll it unless you intend to trophy it. Even a Hexing skiller has more use. Yes, I'm a Curse believer now..

I am clearly late to the "zerker in the pit" party. Back in the day, I respected one of my barbarians to try it but it felt so unnatural. You know, big man holding two twigs 90% of the time. Getting the key strokes down takes a bit of time as well...

Well, after leveling to hell with frenzy (oaths in 1.07 BB bases--yeah!), I respected to zerker at 78 ish. Spent a little time in the pits, then Pindle, then back to pits. Now I am lvl 84 and eyeing the lvl89 threshold for my crafted ammy stash.

Although zon and sorc are my usual targets, I keep those peripheral ones that roll decent for other classes. Never put one on a barb before because I've done whirlers only and Highlords is tough to beat.

Your pick, but i'd go with the Shadow Heart. Not that resistances aren't useful, but MF is what a PitZerker is built for afterall ? Nice two last ones anyway oO
