However, gambling is the only source of +2 class amulets in 1.00-1.03

In 1.04 and later, 6 perfect skull recipe will yield ilvl 99 amulets, even with lvl 1 mules as crafter.

@pharphis that was a bad roll even in 1.07..."of Wealth" is 41-80%GF

I've also been crafting whenever the council drops crafting runes...though I haven't been doing many lesser non-weapon crafts, the bases mostly have to be gambled in hell, and that keeps my jewel acquisition rate positive, but they dropped an Ith, jewel, and emerald in the same run, and when I checked after the run, Fara actually had a breastplate for sale, so I rolled this:
