OT - Most Commonly Misspelled Words in Forums

A lot of people ask for advise so I advise them that what they really need is some advice. That one is probably my biggest pet peeve.
 
Hands down it has to be its and it's. Either the apostrophe is missing (i.e. Its a common misconception) or the apostrophe is there and shouldn't be (Wow, look at all of it's legs). I think 90% of mistakes are made because people don't even reread what they're about to post. I misspelled apostrophe twice before catching it.
 
Lighting instead of Lightning. I see that quite a bit. I think I've even seen it on the Arreat Summit website too... :whistle:

Sometimes they say lightening too.
 
The SPF is not too bad when it comes to the misspellings, and I'm a harsh critic. I notice it much more when I browse the community and newcomer forums.

"amour" for armour/armor always makes me laugh ... I picture a barbarian fighting in a negligee :lol:
