For all the other Pindle+ contestants out there, I threw together a spreadsheet with drop odds for the various targets in the category.

Good reference to see what running multiple targets per run does for your odds at getting a particular item, and also which superuniques can drop what items.

Oh yeah baby... Zaliquai is back!!!! Working on getting Joosh back as well...

Let this serve notice to all you scrubs out there... Team Kittens will be bringing home the team trophy this MFO. So far, we just have to carve up the burnouts, but I'm sure some of you lamers will team up some super team to try and tame these kittens, but it will end in failure.

@Chairnick - This will be my first venture into the AT in an MFO, but I am totally prepared to dominate this category. My blizzy is decked out and my map has been rolled to perfection. Working on getting my times to an efficient pace and plan on many hours of pure MF frenzy.

@OMG - Those sacrifices to Kaa will do you no good. You will wither under the pressure of the Kittens...

There... the smack has been spoken, the gauntlet laid before you... who is going to rise to the challenge?

My Zerker is running right around the 22 second mark... At level 77.

Can you 1-hit Pindle?

It's on like Donkey Kong!

(No luck with a 1.07 Heavy Bracers rack yet, I will probably have to do without)

Well, it is, as they say, ON!

I'm doing runs just over 19 seconds when the computer isn't cooperating very well (not sure what's wrong, but it's prone to lagging really badly a lot of the time, which really sucks for effective running). I think the run counter I'm using is one issue, so I tried to not use it tonight and the runs felt noticably faster, although they're of course not timed. I'm pretty confident I was averaging maybe 18.5-18.8 seconds though when the computer wasn't lagging. Focusing only on Pindle and ignoring the Minions.

And while I very much doubt I'm 1-hitting Pindle, he goes down pretty fast all the same :)

Also, I'd like to get some opinions: Assuming I'll be running a fixed amount of time each day which will statistically score more points: 1:10 /p1 pit runs or 1:40 /p7 pit runs (6-8 boss packs per run)?

Can't imagine it being the p7 runs. That's a huge time increase, over 40%. So many more dead Bosses on p1, it sounds like, and that should mostly be what matters.

That'd be my idea as well, but in the last MFO I noticed almost half my qualifiers being ilvl 85 (and I run on /p7).

Let's say 40% are dropped by non-bosses then, and with the 40% increase, it should be a wash.

However, that's not really true, as plenty of ilvl85 items drop on p1 anyway. The increase in ilvl 85 items dropped on p7 compared to p1 shouldn't be able to compensate that much, as even on p1 some of the qualifiers would be ilvl85 anyway.

Rough numbers and maybe not very accurate, but I think the reasoning is sound.

Pffft, trashtalk all you want, we'll see how you cope with my 1 minute warmup AT runs with 5-7 unique packs. Just wait 'till I switch to autopilot, 40 second runs, here we go. :cool:
Only change in plans for my vacations can save you from oblivion. :p
