the global physical damage reduction of 50% for monsters in hell was removed in patch 1.10 and has not been back since, blizzard compensated by making lots of monsters have some physical resistance (usually 20-30%)

what's its damage at? or is the 196 its actual damage and not the % enhanced damage?

is the 196 its actual damage or only the percent ?

and if u remember, where'd u get it from? (what area and monster)?

It was given to me actually, but it dropped from Diablo(hell).
