Which version can you shop for a druid pelt in act 2?

I remember them spawning but wasn't sure which patch. I thought it was 1.07 normal, but didn't see anything (maybe too high of level?)

1.07 Elzix. Sometimes he has none, sometimes loads.
I can't remember what difficulty(ies) though. I think I tried Normal, but never found anything decent.

Thanks, it looks like it is NM so that won't work as I was hoping to get a good base.

1.08 Elzix also sells pelts... and I believe you're correct, NM and Hell only...

I had the same thought, once upon a time, that it would be a great way to get bases easily...console yourself that it would be limited to ilvl20, so no tier5/6 staffmods (Tornado, Hurricane, Volcano, Shockwave, or Grizzly) and only 2sox...

Still, it could've been great for an untwinked character, I came across this just quickly double-checking in 1.08:
