Charged, Chance to cast, and oskills (non-class) are allowed.
You can use the passives from staff mods, but you can't use other skills gained from items.

Yeah, staff mods that are passive are your best friend as a barbarian/necromancer. Barbarian actually isn't that bad because you can make a solid lore out of a +weapon skill helm.

No, I prefer wands, but would like to include bows in other weapons roll.
I remember in 2021 tournament we got only 1 type of weapon (only wands for necro).

No, only get to choose one type. Fate shines on thee and got a bow and a throwing knife. But it does not last, as you've be cursed to not give curses! CURSES!

I feel rather comfortable with playing this on HC both my 2 SC barbs are still without deeds… think we’ll go the frenzy route with this dude
Should be nice to play one without having to wear the Angelic set because I decided I needed to Pat/mat a character with every completed set I own

This was the tournament I was following the most last year. I do not know how much time I will have for this besides my UT99, but hopefully I get a bit more playing time in the winter months.

Well, glad I have increased speed and stamina because it runs out quick wearing scale armor and chain boots!!!
Looking forward to a 2 os armor for stealth.
The double swinging scimitar wielding barb has killed the bear guarding the honey scroll to give to the dead man who has captured the elder.
I may take the scale armor off, I run out of stains in like, 12 seconds.
