Question stuck in Durance of hate

I am in Durance of hate lvl 2 (nightmare) and unable to get to Mephisto. For some reason my maps are messed up as they show the door to mephisto but am unable to enter the area where the door is, there is no opening. I have been circling around the area for about an hour and there is no doorway to enter his lair. There are multiple area where it shows a room on the other side of a wall but there is no way into them. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem?

Never had this myself. Not sure what to suggest if you have done everything else to get it open. Anyone else?

If it has happened when you reload the game again, I’d reset the map by going to normal then back to nightmare.

It was like lvl 1 and 2 maps were imposed over each other. It showed doors to next lvl but they were not there. Anyway thanks for the replies as I got it the next time I logged in.
