Actually I'll forward them to 1.09 where Crushing Blow still scales with player setting. Sadly DTalon seems out of the running as boots don't have kick damage there and even with 1+7 skills it still says "2 Kicks"

For a character that gets sufficient lightning resistance from other gear, I think this bit of bling would complement the outfit very well.

I wonder what the game would display if an item had FOUR independent resistance rolls identical in value?
